A yogi's spine should extend like the  trunk of the saguaro cactus with a long, extended, and elegant spine.

The saguaro catus thrives in intense heat and miniscule rainfall of the Sonoran desert. A saguaro first blooms  around 35, begins growing arms at 50-75 years, and lives an average of 125-150 years. Giving all yogis hope and inspiration.

Yoga Saguaro welcomes all ages, sizes, shapes, and colors to experience the wonderful 5,000 year old tradition of  yoga. Streghthen, stretch, unwind,

 relax, refresh

rejuevenate, and revitalize.
